Additional Information

• Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. If any guest requires a guaranteed early check in, they must also book the day before their expected arrival.

• Each guest must provide a valid credit card or debit card to guarantee their reservation at the time of booking.

• A valid credit card or debit card will be required at check- in to cover all room, tax, resort fees, and a $200 refundable deposit for incidentals. Checks and/or cash will not be accepted at the front desk.

• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and the name on the credit card provided.

• Each guest room is required to have one adult (21 years of age or older) check-in and occupy the room throughout entire stay.

• 48 Hour Cancelation Policy: We must be contacted 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to cancel or modify your reservation to avoid a first night’s room and tax penalty to individual.

• No Shows: A no-show reservation will be charged first night's room and tax to the individual.

• Daily housekeeping is not available; however, towels and tidies are available upon request at the front desk.

• Location requests and other special requests you may have will be noted to your reservation, but cannot be guaranteed.

• After 8/14/23, rooms will be based on availability at the prevailing rate.
